F\u00f6rder- und Robotermodul zu Demonstrationszwecken entwickelt. Eine spezielle Softwarearchitektur stellt die Schnittstelle zwischen den Modulen und Montagestationen. Sie kombiniert die digitalen Zwillinge der Module mit einer semantischen Prozess-\/Ressourcenrepr\u00e4sentation sowie einem Algorithmus f\u00fcr die Ressourcenanforderung. Ein intuitives Nutzerinterface l\u00e4sst das Personal direkt mit dem System interagieren. \u00dcber den digitalen Zwilling erfolgt eine dezentrale Planung, Optimierung und Bearbeitung von Teilprozessen. Das F\u00f6rdertechnikmodul erlaubt die Integration des Systems in bestehende Montageorganisationen und die flexible Kopplung einzelner Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen zum bedarfsgerechten Wechsel zu einer verketteten Montage. Durch den kollaborativen Roboter l\u00e4sst sich der Automatisierungsgrad einzelner Montageschritte flexibel anpassen. Die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Systems wird anhand der Montage von Lampen f\u00fcr die maritime Industrie evaluiert, die in hoher Variantenvielfalt komplexit\u00e4ts-, prozess- und gr\u00f6\u00dfenabh\u00e4ngig als Einzelplatz oder verkettete Montage gefertigt werden.<\/p><p>Das entwickelte System verfolgt das Konzept der Trennung von Produkt, Prozess und Ressource (PPR-Konzept). Das Produkt mitsamt seinen Merkmalen legt den Prozess und damit verbundene Ressourcen fest. Die Ressourcen (z.B. Fertigungsmaschinen oder -komponenten) f\u00fchren Prozesse aus und ver\u00e4ndern<br \/>dadurch das zu fertigende Produkt. Durch das PPR-Konzept wird damit im Rahmen der wandlungsf\u00e4higen, modularen Produktion die automatische Abbildung von prozessorientierten Modulf\u00e4higkeiten auf (Teil-)Prozesse und der Abgleich dieser mit den Produktanforderungen erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p><p>Alle Komponenten dieses Systems sind um eine digitale Repr\u00e4sentation, den digitalen Zwilling, erweitert. In ihm werden der Status des realen Systems mit seinem digitalen Gegenst\u00fcck verkn\u00fcpft und somit ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Abbild des Objektes erzeugt.
